"don’t like to leave a negative review but :/ the employee i spoke to was not listening to me and aggressive. i bought a necklace from the store in december while home from NYC for christmas. first night out wearing it, the necklace broke. i’m home for easter and brought the necklace with me to see if they’ll exchange for a new one, understanding if they wouldn’t since i didn’t have a receipt. she said “looks pretty mangled…” as i take a necklace out of my hand… if it’s not stored hanging up, it’s going to need to be untwisted. she kept saying i should have come sooner and i told her again that i live in the city and this was my first time back. i plainly asked for an exchange and was met with hostility. alternative if you are jewelery shopping: go next door to hazel where they also sell jewelry. the employees have always been sweet and helpful when i go in."

I had popped in recently for gifts for a few different people and left with something unique for each of them! I absolutely love the quality of everything in the shop and they constantly get fun new things in!"

"I was very disturbed by my visit to this store. I was excited to shop there however once I stepped in I felt like I was looked up and down and not accepted in the store. I ignored it the first time however after the second attempt I felt it again. I’ve never felt that anywhere else. I don’t plan to go back to this store or give them any business. I went down the block to another shop and felt the complete opposite. The items in the store are way over priced anyway. Won’t recommend. It’s unfortunate it’s nice to have cute little shops around."
