"The doctor was good and procedure went fine but had a really bad experience with their billing and follow up with their office staff on this. They were downright rude, balanced billed me for an X-ray, which was not covered but still conducted without checking insurance benefits first or informing me of the potential charge. I went for a regular cleaning/annual appointment expecting it would be 100% covered and got a huge unexpected bill after. Office staff behaved very rudely after and were not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place because of the staff."

"Highly recommend Glen Rock Dental. Janet is a wonderful and thorough dental hygienist (and so sweet as well). Dr. Haddad is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Joan is friendly and always the best. All staff was courteous and my experience at Glen Rock Dental is always a 10/10! I now live in NYC, but I always come back to go here because it is so great!!!!!"

"In my maaaaany years of life i don’t think I’ve gotten this excited about a doctors office. All my previous dentists were good. But this place - they go above and beyond!! I interacted with 3 people (the doctor himself, his assistant and Janet, the hygienist), and if I didn’t know better I’d say they all took a nice pill. Such a pleasant team. So personable. So accommodating. I made an appointment for both cleaning and a filling, but was sure it would get messed up since I’m a first time patient. Nope. Did not. I got my filling and then the cleaning. Excellent dentist. Go here!"
