"I discover this fine business when United Airlines damaged a bag and they has me send it there. Wow. Fast, friendly and they did great work. I rounded up several other bags that had various damage but were just too well made to discard. Double WOW. This time I was paying for it and I have to say - again, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORK, VERY REASONABLE PRICES. They even fixed one bag at no charge because the repair took him no time but he took a useless bag (the handle extension button was broken) and made it work again.
