"Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. The doctor is helpful, but the back office is awful. I informed the office my company was switching dental insurance due to an acquisition during the months I waited for my Invisalign trays to come in (April-August). They said would be fine they’ll run the initial insurance they drew up the service contract under, and if there was any issues they would let me know. Fast forward a year and a half later (August 2021-February 2023) Eileen informed me they had an issue with the insurance and said she would take my current insurance and submit it as a current patient, but instead used the initial patient date back in 2021 when I didn’t have the insurance, so my claim was denied. I received no bill, no phone calls, no notification for the issue. So long story short I have to pay out of pocket because they messed up charging my insurance, and if they told me they had an issue with the coverage I could’ve provided the new insurance at the time and everything would’ve been paid for and covered. Go somewhere else that has an actual billing office, and make sure you don’t agree to treatment unless they charge the insurance and finalize the coverage that day like every other doctor."
