"Worse store ever ! Very unprofessional ! And when i asked for a store manager and corporate number Americas and Sierra stated they were not able to give out that information even for customer complaints that she could not fix herself Americas is very rude to be a manager and should have better customer service skill to deal with customers and concern especially in frustrated situations She stated she called her manager on the phone in which her manager said she can’t give out a managers contact ( for customer purposes ) as well Very unprofessional ! ! Would not recommend or ever shop again"

"Miserable set of staff. Appeared something was going on when I walked in, one girl was essentially following me around as if I was stealing. Every time I looked up, she was staring at me. I shop here relatively regularly just to look, so I’m not sure why I was being looked at like that. 99% of the rest of the time, they are huddled at the cash register on their phones or talking to each other. Most of the time, I have to be the first one to say hello because of how negligent and inattentive they are. Miserable shopping environment, worst customer service I’ve ever received (or rather, didn’t receive). *Would love to hear from and speak to a manager, if this place even had one."

"I came here to grab some boots real quick... 11 o clock n the afternoon n all the employees are just standing around moving like turtles.... took 30 minutes to buy boots in an empty store. Never again. Never even asked if I need help. I gotta seek them out in the store."
