"Had a tear in the upper portion of a daily wear shoe - stopped by Vic's to see if it could be repaired. Without hesitation he explained what he would do to fix the issue and prevent the issue from happening on the other shoe. He also suggested building up the bottom of both shoes to give them a renewed life. Called the next day that my shoes were ready to go - they looked good as new and wear perfect. "I am grateful to Vic’s for repairing this vintage purse that was essentially unusable before. It is quite old and the inner leather lining was ripping at stress points near the pockets. Also, the pockets had stretched and were blocking the storage capacity of the purse. It was essentially unusable unless I wanted the lining to just keep ripping. Vic reinforced the ripping parts with a patch and removed a broken zipper, and glued the stretched out pocket so that it can be kept neatly back in place and not interfere with the purse’s function. He also glued back some of the exterior leather that had detached around the frame of the bag, and he did all this for a very reasonable price. Thank you Vic! I can use this purse now."
