"The customer service was excellent, greeted and offered to remove a shirt off the mannequin for me. However, the men's selection was small a not exciting. I still made a purchase bc I didn't want to order online."

"Store associates are extremely rude and unprofessional - we found a sweater that we wanted and unfortunately they did not have any other sizes in stock at this store. We were informed by 1 associate to get on line and ask for the ladies working the register to assist us with ordering the size we desired online and receiving the complimentary shipping to our home address. As soon as we were called to the register, the woman gave a sharp attitude when we explained the situation regarding the order. She replied with "why cant you just order it obline yourself". Needless to say, I was quite taken aback by that response - especially since it is customary to receive help ordering online directly from an Adidas store. We promptly thanked her and said we no longer needed nor wanted her assistance. Please do not waste your time going to this Adidas; there are better ones around the NJ area with employees who actually value the customer's experience and who aren't so insipid."

"I did not catch his name but the associate who assisted us was a sweetheart. (Tall, thin, young black male.) He shook our hand and left us very impressed. He made our shopping experience quite delightful. The cashier was very sweet as well. Great employees working there at the moment. I went in Sunday 9/10/17."
