Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I came out with my mom and daughter. The counter was completely filthy. I asked one of the workers to clean the counter before wrapping my burrito. He then got a cleaning spray and sprayed directly onto the counter and into the food product. I was in shock and disgusted at the same time. The rice was raw and steak was flavorless. This is the worst chipotle I have been to. My first and last!!! I never finished my food and I spent over $40."

"Went here to pick up lunch. When i got back to work I found out that they forgot to add the fajitas to my quesadilla. It still tasted good so i figured it was no big deal. But, when i started eating my chips and guac i realized that there was a GIANT chunk of avacado in the container. I tried to mash it myself with a fork only to find out it was bigger than i expected (about the size of half an avacado) and it still had some of the pit skin on it. i’m really disappointed, especially considering that their guac is kinda pricy. I feel like i wasted my money."

"Let me start off by saying the person greeted us with a rude look and expression. She seemed like we were inconveniencing by order even though there was no one else in line and it appeared she was making food for herself. Secondly we got our food and this was the most unflavored meal I have ever had; the rice was mushy, the chicken has fat all over and there was something crunchy in the corn. Worst chipotle EVER"

"This location is not working correctly, and corporate management needs to visit this location ASAP. They don't take orders from customers and ignore customers in front of their faces. People are waiting to pick up their food from mobile orders, and I picked up mine 30 minutes late, but there is no urgency or apology from workers. Some of the customers were trying to communicate with workers, but most of them didn't speak English, and I saw one customer translating for other customers."

"I eat at Chipotle Often, and I swung by this branch for a meal. I was quite surprised with the hygiene at this particular branch. There was food thrown all over the food bins. The quantity was also quite less for Chipotle. They don’t prepare the bowls like they do at other branches. I was surprised to see at the end of everything my bowl was sparsely filled. I do not recommend this specific branch of Chipotle, Disappointing !!!"
