"I've been a loyal Oakwood Pizza customer for over 15 years. We've consistently ordered pizzas and sandwiches from them. Recently, my wife called to place an order for my two sons, but encountered a frustrating situation due to their phone issues. The staff's tone was rude, questioning my wife after three attempts to call to place an order . Despite being long-time customers who spend hundreds of dollars monthly, this experience was unacceptable. Regrettably, we've decided to stop ordering from Oakwood Pizza, and I won't recommend them to others If I can give zero stars, I would….
