"The customer service and attention to detail has really gone down hill. We have ordered for several years and this past year we have already had a couple wrong orders. The last mistake they sent us colored ties, I called since I needed black ties asap for an event. I got someone in NJ but she said the warehouse was a different location. I said that was fine, just need a reshipment and a mailing label to send back the wrong ones. I also told her that they still have our old suite number and had our usps deliverer didn't care it would have left in the hallway at risk of being taken (we don't have the most secure office). The woman on the other end said our suite number was submitted wrong. My invoice has the right suite number, the label on the other hand was wrong. She seemed confused. Fast forward to a couple weeks later, we got our ties but at the WRONG suite again AND we still had not received a shipping label to return. I called back and they forgot so they sent it over. Since then (1 week has passed) they have been calling over and over if we returned it. We are a super busy company with small staff. They made the mistake therefore should be patient. Need I remind them, had I not alerted them to the fact I never received the shipping label they may have never known the wrong ties were missing."
