"Yesterday,on 19 of December was disgusting cases.I was at the gap at 86 street and bought the coat 6-7 ages.During this time my son was at school.After coming my som it was too large.When i came to change manager who feels queenof the gap,told that i have no tag.then i went to bring it.After all she behave disgusting.She told me that coat is stinking,it is smelled,it is worn.That i come here second time to change the clothes.Though first time i made return and got monet.Then after all I must be appologized,that i will never do it again that she can change.it was between 4 and 5 p.m.Manager was a Latino American women.She behaves disrespectfut to costamers.please take measure!"
