"After 60k miles my 4Runner was running terrible choking up when starting it and shaky when I go over 35 mph. Brought the car in to universal for service and they did a great job . The big guy jimmy and his mechanic Doug are awesome. Oil change, inspection, new filters, a new belt and battery. The truck now runs better then new. Excellent job !"

"I Took my car to these guys (unfortunately) in the past a few times for part replacements, inspections etc.. Only because they are in my area and I wouldn’t have known who else to go to. The heavy set guy in there is always looking for a argument and seems To be clueless on any question I would’ve asked him about my car.They are very dishonest /overpriced And they’ll take forever to fix your car meanwhile You walk by this place and see them all hanging out sitting down not doing sh*t. Seriously don’t go to this place stay away from them.."

"As far as mechanics go they're great. I've been bringing my car as long fo maybe 8 years now. Sometimes it's done quickly, sometimes I go window shopping at Staples or if I'm hungry, right next door there is a cute little Mexican restaurant and Josephina is great she always remembers my order. I believe the name is taqueria El Puente"

"It was really bad. I dropped my car off at 12 pm and I called them back at 4:30. Pm. They said they didn't even look at my car. Ok I understand people get busy. An hour later they told me that my head gasket was messed up and they need to send it down some where to look for a hairline crack on it. I said ok how long will it take to fix . He said about four days. Smh. I understand it's a big job but when I asked him how much he said $1500. This is a joke it only cost 750 to 850. I read up on it. His prices are too high. When I went to pick up my car he left my keys in a convience store. I started getting upset and as I went in my car the handle to put my front hood up was broken and the broken piece was conviently placed on my dashboard. Thanks for nothing. Going there costed me more money then coming in. Don't go there trust me you walk in with one problem and come out with a new one."
