"Encountered a very rude employee who told me to keep my voice down while I was on the phone whilst shopping for skin care. First of all, you didn’t bother to greet me or ask if i needed help, second of all this establishment isnt a library and the place was almost empty because it was closing soon. Nobody else was in that section but me. My voice wasn’t that loud to serve as a distraction. With all the reviews about the attitude of the staff, this place needs a revamp on their customer service! The audacity!!!"

"On January the thirteenth I went to the jewelry department tj max ditmars and the short woman is so rude and nasty she made me wait while having a conversation with two lady's for a half hour knowing they weren't going to buy anything she's nasty very very nasty worst sales person I wanted to buy a necklace but won't buy from her I'll check back on a different day to see if there is a different sales person or try a different tj max she must lose tj max a lot of sales"

"the Asian manager or whatever he is, is so freaking rude!! he should be fired. He speaks to customers like animals & treats them like animals. If you can’t handle retail why work in it still? QUIT! I would love to contact further upper heads because his working skills are disgusting."

"Very well stocked in makeup, skin care products, and jewelry. Overall these were the only departments in the store that was well stocked. I have to admit I did miss the soaps that TJ Maxx usually has, as there were just a few in display. I would like to mention that Sabrina in these departments was extremely helpful, warm and professional. The ladies in the jewelry department were also very helpful, and courteous. I would definitely go back."
