"Horrible experience, got cut by the electric razor and my ear started bleeding, and the lady (older Mexican lady) didn’t apologize or anything. Just said oh why didn’t you tell me! To make matters worse, she was in a super rush to finish my haircut for some reason. Avoid this place at all costs."

"I went in for a routine haircut, and regrettably, my experience was nothing short of terrible. The stylist, a woman in her 50s of Mexican descent, not only delivered exceptionally poor service but also exhibited an alarming level of rudeness. She was in a rush to finish my haircut, and, to my surprise, the entire process took less than 5 minutes, leaving me feeling unsatisfied with the hurried and brief service. The situation became even more aggravated due to her irritating and frustrating manner of responding to me in Spanish when I tried to communicate my preferences. Adding insult to injury, she went so far as to comment on my personal life, labeling me as picky and even cursed me. To make matters worse, there was a payment discrepancy. I paid $40 for a $26 haircut, expecting $14 in change. However, I only received $9. Despite my initial frustration, I decided to give her a tip. Regrettably, her reaction to the tip, along with her disrespectful demeanor, only intensified my dissatisfaction with the entire experience. This, combined with her overall attitude, left me extremely dissatisfied. I believe it's crucial for the store owner to take immediate and strict action against this stylist if they wish to maintain a positive reputation and customer base. In short, I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided during my visit, and I hope the necessary steps are taken to address and rectify these issues promptly. I will never revisit the store again."
