"Only if I could give lesser stars. Terrible at people relation. Hair stylist is snobbish middle aged non Indian women who is so rude and sarcastic. She clearly has superiority complex and hates people of color. She needs a nice dose of bad attitude to give a taste of her own medicine. She never answers straight and treats people roughly. No customer value and regard. I tried a few times to reply gently and see if her attitude changes but I had to walk out because I could only tolerate to a certain extent. I feel sorry for the other stylist who has welcomed me and was very warm and loving."

It lasted throughout the whole event and both of us got great compliments from many people. Monica is very friendly and gave great suggestions for both makeup and hairstyles. "I think this will be the first review on facial treatments so far (I was looking before visiting this place and I didn't see any) so I hope it helps you. Since I saw the place from the outside it gave me an impression, I was doubting whether to do it or not but I already had the appointment so I said, okay let's do it. I went to get a “deep cleansing and hydration” facial, I actually think I just got a face massage and lots of random products to be honest lol. One of them made me feel like my face was burning (the girl said was normal tho, not sure about that) also I thought the extraction part was going to be longer but the girl practically only did it in a super-super-superficial way, I asked her “are you going to do more extractions?” she said yes, but she never did, apart from that I feel there are some problems with English since I asked her what sunscreen she recommended for me according to the treatment and my skin type and she replied "two months" (I repeated the question twice) so I think they should work on that and make sure they have workers who understand the language well and who know how to explain everything they are doing because when I asked her "what is the product you are putting me for" she only told me "it’s a good product" and that's it. I'm not going to lie, the first moment and the second day my skin felt super soft and luminous, but after a short time it returned to normal, which I don't think it should be, according to my experience, that’s why I think i just got a face massage or something. I would think twice before making an appointment for a facial in this place."
