"I ate at this restaurant and had a bad experience only to find out some of my friends had eaten there too and also hated it. There are very few vegan options, which is fine, except for the fact that our server didn’t seem to know what vegan meant and tried to recommend a salad with cheese on it to me. No one came to check up on us after our food was brought out and it took a while and some aggressive flagging just to get a side order of fries. This could’ve been because of plain old poor service but I have a personal theory that the French just don’t care about their guests."
"Great place for French casual food & atmosphere. Went there 3+ times, got steak frites, charcuterie board once. Recommend! Wish they would serve fresh baguette instead of rye bread with certain dishes though."
"If you happen to be in the Boerum Hill area I would stop by and grab the salmon burger. It was juicy, lemony and super fresh. The calamari was also very well done, crispy and the sauce that comes with it was tangy and mildly spicy. I was not the biggest fan of the charcuterie board we got. The meats were regular cuts of deli meat and a patee that was good but I have no idea what it was made from. I still ate it though- it’s an acquired taste. I wouldn’t recommend it but if you’re in need to grab something to share then that’s a good idea."
"This place is as French as can be when you're in Brooklyn. The ambience, the decor, the music, the bottles on display, the food and drink menu. I had the tartar, and it was great! Will come back if I'm in the area again!"
"A nice laid back restaurant. The food and cocktails were great. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. We went for late lunch and the service was a little slow, however we didn't complain as the ambience was nice. The outside tables are spaced out enough unlike the cluttered NYC places."
