"The staff and feel of the place is amazing and very friendly. Sadly, my long hair was cut with layers that were not done well and looked terrible. I went in to the salon to get it fixed and they kindly fit me in (free of charge). The same stylist tried to fix the layers but hacked away at my hair and it ended up looking worse. I eventually went in a third time and a different hair stylist made it somewhat better. I have to say the staff were super friendly and apologetic and really did their best to fix the damage. To be fair the first stylist was trying to cut out some of the damaged hair. I do have very thick course hair and it could be that not all stylists are adept at styling this type of hair. A great experience in the salon but not the best result. I got my hair fixed by a different stylist recently and she pointed out the many mistakes they had made and had to cut my hair super short so it can grow out and not look so bad."
