"This was one of the best, if not the best car repair shop I’ve ever visited in Brooklyn. I went for an oil change and was in and out in about a 1/2 hr-45mins. The best part about the experience was the owners customer service. Polite, polite, polite! It’s so rare to find such helpful and decent people these days and especially in a service based industry. I told my husband about the experience when I got home. I will be going back for all my car needs. And will be referring everybody to this shop. So refreshing."

"We drove into the Meineke on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn without an appointment to get a headlight replaced in our 2017 RAV4. The staff could not have been nicer, and the price was quite reasonable. Although they had to order the headlight from elsewhere, it arrived in under an hour, and we were soon on our way. I have to note that the last time we needed a headlight replaced in that same vehicle, we went to a competitor on Meineke's (Pep Boys on 4th Avenue in Brooklyn), who ripped us off by charging over twice what Meineke charged per headlight and slapping on an expensive "warranty" without asking our permission, which required an appeal to corporrate headquarters to get the warranty charge refunded to us. I appreciated the honest and straightforward (and friendly) service that Meineke gave us. Many thanks."

"I went here for a car inspection. I had a couple lights out so I failed it, which is totally fine but then they also tried to tell me my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced for $1,200. I brought it home and inspected it myself and my brake pads were still over 1/4” thick and the rotors were totally fine. When they printed out my inspection fail they only had the lights on the official document the wrote in pen “brakes” on it. They were definitely just trying to upcharge me."
