"Patty was very nice and really tried to make conversation. I explained my hair story to her about how I cut my hair once and regretted it a little before loving it and told her I wanted it shorter but she kept it the same length but just thinned my hair at the bottom. While the end product was pretty, I wish she had cut it shorter like I had requested. She was very generous in giving me a free curl and my friend a free curl as well and provided complimentary water. Overall, I definitely recommend coming here for the price and experience! Warning, the store is hard to find."

"I came on a friend’s recommendation: Took two tries to call and make an appointment. They called back and got a spot in 2-3 days. Patty is the sweetest. I got the initial consultation and loved that she asked before she cut critical parts — bang length, overall length, side bangs, etc. She also gave me advice on my overall hair routine and self dye recommendations. I went there with a few ideas of what i wanted and took the time to help me choosing the right one! My hair is very fine and thin, which makes it quite hard to cut it precisely. But she took her time to cut it just great! I had an amazing time and I believe this was my best haircut experience in New York, so far.
