"I had a really great experience with Northern Boulevard Service Center Inc. located at 50-35 Northern Blvd. in Queens, NY in December 2023. The technician was working on a car in the garage when I arrived one afternoon. I asked if he could replace my old worn out license plates with my new ones. Without hesitation, he immediately grabbed his drill, and went out to my car changing both my plates in less than 7 minutes. When I offered to tip him, he politely declined and wished me Happy Holidays. I drove off happy and relieved, because I had a very horrible experience ( just minutes prior to that) with a much larger car service center (in the same area) and who were much busier. Not only was the technician at Northern Blvd. Service Center Inc. very helpful and professional, but he was extremely kind. More people need to be aware of Northern Blvd. Service Center and their excellent service. It is not necessary to always patronize the "larger" car service centers (in the same area ) who are not always descent, professional, kind or honest as the stellar service at Northern Boulevard Service Center Inc."
