Came in with a picture, Ernesto told me why that wasn’t feasible even though I’ve had it before, seems like he gave me a generic fade that didn’t fit what I was asking for, but worked for him, ended up finishing the haircut at home with shears and a razor"

"Apparently they have no concept of a genuine grace period.. many months back, when I called them to say that I was going to be late by 15 mins and if they could accommodate or reschedule, and I was not happy as we couldn't make the time work because they're open at the most inconvenient times. When I decided to call them again because I've been hearing very good reviews about them, they took my details down but later realized that with the earlier fiasco, my account was blocked and they couldn't accept me anymore. And I haven't even been a customer with them once. Have never seen a barber shop rejecting customers based on some scheduling conflicts in the past. Never recommending such practice and they have lost a prospective customer forever. EDIT: thank you for your reply. Disagree with your suggestion that I repeatedly cancel and do not honor appointments as sometimes last-minute changes cannot be avoided and these are not intentional. But I will take your suggestion in taking my business elsewhere, and would not recommend you to anyone. Best of luck."

"Everyone here is great. They are all attentive and you can tell they all care about what they are doing. Shy did my hair and it came out spectacularly. They're a true artist and really understand their craft. We did highlights on the natural hair and a fantasy blue overlay. They shaped my hair neutrally and I honestly don't think it could have turned out better. I'd upload pictures, but they're the artists and the reveal should be theirs."
