"Let me start by saying I have given this place a few chances and each time I kick myself for even trying. I had a 2pm appointment which was changed by them to 3. I arrive and wait an hour for someone to help me. What made it worse was the stylist they set me up with had an attitude with me and her words were things happen. I wonder how understanding she would be if I arrived over an hour late for an appointment. Unfortunately by 4 pm I didn’t have any other options other than to wait for someone to do my hair. Never again they suck"

"I went in first time as a walk-in. Thankfully they were able to fit me in and clean up the disastrous cut I got from a previous stylist at an another salon. The stylist there (I forgot her name and I feel bad because she did an amazing job) was able to cut my hair the way that I wanted it. I left satisfied and extremely happy. I would most definitely go back there."

Ebony did my hair that day and not only was she quick she 1) got the wig to lay nice and flat and 2) made sure extra care was taken with my lace to match my skin tone. I know my hair is in good hands"
