"Never going back there I’m under my Boyfriend name here but I got my Braids done and all my edges are gone after 1 year of protective style and growing my natural hair…I honestly felt like it was done purposely I feel like the lady who did my hair had a bad spirit about her and when I came back to get it unbraided she had an attitude and I had to let her know if you don’t Want to Do my hair get off of it and my mom and sister are loyal clients that’s how I know it was done purposely none of my family will be back I have to wear wigs now which I’ve never had to do. NONE OF MY FAMILY WILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE NEVER!!!!"

"I went to Lady B's to get a sew in, "What a disappointment" The sew in wasn't good for a week. She didn't sew every track down, she sewed the tracks in unevenly, the right side of my head is thicker with hair than the left side. The girl was very nice, pleasant & friendly but I was disappointed because I've let her do my hair before."

"My hair came out decent but my issue isn’t with my hairstyle it’s about the lack of professionalism i received at the salon today. The owner was incredibly rude judging me by my figure which wasn’t needed. I was sitting in my chair waiting for my sister to finish her hair and the owner stated” why are you sitting like that .?” I said “like what?”She then goes and says your sitting like your pregnant which i found very rude and insensitive because i have a underlining condition that I’ve been battling with for years which unfortunately makes me gain weight and I’m on birth control to reduce the symptoms. Then she proceeds to tell me i need to take a test Then her coworkers proceed to chime in and not only come for body but my features. My Afrocentric Features that originated from my African ancestors. Which baffles me because these people are African native African at that. Never will i come here again i think the business owner and her colleagues should take a class on professionalism and etiquette because they lack it."
