"My experience at Salon 1100 was amazing from start to finish. I started out with researching their services on their website (which, btw, is very user-friendly), and booked the appointment on there as well. I love that they allow you to choose your preferred stylist while booking the appointment, even offering the stylists' bios. My stylist was Rachel, and she was a dream to work with! She reached out to me a couple of days before the appointment to get a preliminary understanding of what I was looking for, and she continued to listen patiently at the salon as well. Her recommendations, experience, and warmth made me feel very safe in her chair. Also, the overall vibe of the salon is so great! It's so clean, bright, and warm. Additionally, all the stylists have a great rapport with each other which actually helped put me at ease even more, since it translated into the energy I felt when I walked into the salon. Highly recommend this place!!"

"it took me a couple of days to write this review because the shock still hasn't worn off. i walked into Salon 1100 as a new client with a horrible too short haircut with a full highlight that ended up orange from a previous salon and these women turned my hair back into a waterfall of beautiful chocolate caramel locks. they gave me my hair back. i was wearing hats and not getting out of my car. they gave me my dignity back. i moved out of NYC almost 10 years ago and have not been in any salons anywhere in this area with such talented colorists, stylists that know how to really cut hair - and match and place extensions perfectly. And they are genuinely super nice people too.thank you ladies so much."

"I went in for a consultation and got started on coloring my hair and by the end of day 2, I had my dream hair color and length. The staff is wonderful. Juli will walk you through every step and answer all your questions and concerns. She even follows up on you after the appointment. Juli really takes her time with you. I felt so comfortable with everyone and that’s not easy when it’s your first visit to a new salon. You can tell that each stylist cares about you and your hair goals.
