"I visit all the different beauty supply houses. I've spent a lot of money here. The man gave me a discount for open half wigs. The woman was so nasty when I asked her for a discount. Today I was shopping there and saw an opened pack of clip inside. I brought it to the counter and asked for a discount. They were off brand 10 inch extensions and 70.00. she was nasty and said no then proceeded to look for the packaging. Assuming I took them out. She was digging through all the merchandise. Then she said something in Chinese to her husband. He then followed me around the store. I left and will never spend another dime there. I went somewhere else and got 16 inch extensions for the same price."

"I frequent this store because it is on my way from work. The owner Robin is very RUDE. You say hello she ignores you. She gets an attitude if you ask her a question. It may be out of my way but I will start going to the beauty supply store on Chesnut. I refuse to spend anymore money at this store because the owner is so Rude!!"

"THEY DO NOT LIKE BLK PPL. Will def take your money, while following or watching you on camera like a hawk. Been a customer here SINCE they’ve opened. Today was the last strike for me. I’ve ignored the following around the store for years. During COVID y’all followed my daughter yelling at her to pay for some damn mask( we were purchasing hair product and a box of mask, while I was in search for my product she ASKED the owners where they were located) and today I watch you watch me on the cameras. I asked for your assistance gave me what I asked for but instead of having decent customer service and making sure I didn’t need anything else. You walked away just to watch me again. Just like I told the owners today. There’s no need for me to steal in the damn store. I work and too damn hard for you to treat me. This is why we need more BLACK OWNED HAIR BEAUTY STORES!!! At this point let your workers take over because you Two Qs are absolutely horrible."

"I came into the store with my mother who was visiting from out of town. The lady who works there should not be assisting anyone Because she doesn't have the demeanor to work with customers. No smile, no how are you doing today, just that grim reaper look. Plenty of people shop there as I see so the pleasantries should be flowing. On a more pleasant note the gentleman was very friendly and he did assist us with our merchandise and also checking out. He's a true asset to the store but the woman is certainly not"

"Service is great except when you are made to feel like you are bothering the woman but the husband who seems to work his butt off for her, is always respectful and I keep coming back bc it's the only beauty place around my town with the stuff that I need."
