"i’ve been getting tattoos before anybody in that whole store was a twinkle in their parents eyes I live in New York nobody charges a Deculus consultation fee and so be it if that’s the case I don’t draw some thing and then say oh well I don’t think I’ll be able to do that let’s do like 10 more consultations and then you gotta leave $100 which they lied because the guy didn’t say anything about not giving me my money back. I have never given anybody a one. I waited almost a year almost a year and then I asked him to just give me a tattoo lol they are all due consultations because my lawyers gonna keep them busy."
