Showtime Auto Spa 520 North Main Street, Stafford Township, NJ 08050

"I bought the monthly silver membership ($19/month) 3 months ago in 2023. I noticed they had charged me $30 for the month of January, 2024. I had been there 4 days prior and there was not any signage or indication that rates would increase. They did not notify me of rate increase via phone or email before charging me the increased rate. When I called to inquire they were rude and unhelpful. I was also told the contract signed states they can increase rates at anytime without notice. I ended up canceling the membership (I would have been fine with the rate increase had there been proper notification). When I went to use the final month of my membership that had already been billed at the increased rate, they told me it was canceled and I could not get a car wash. One of the employees informed me this is a common occurrence and they have had many upset customers due to this practice. Disappointed in the lack of customer service and would not recommend spending your money with this business."

"I was very upset with the way my car turned out. I left with more dirt/dust in my car than I came in with. My weather mats were cleaned and put back in my car on my rugs soak and wet and I have a white mark on my mat that was not there when I came in and I can not get it off. The people who cleaned the inside of my car took my car inside a bey area and I couldn’t really get a good look at what they were doing. You only can see through a window on one side. My third row back seat was brought in in the up position and it was down when I got in. When I got home, my back seats were not even cleaned and were dirty. My back sears have never been used. There was even debris in the cup holders. My car only has 16,000 miles on it and is like new. The tire shine did NOT shine my tires. I would have pointed out all these things if I had seen while I was there to have them corrected, but again, you really can not see how well things are getting done. They really didn’t understand much English nor did I understand Spanish. And I drove 30 minutes away to get my car done. See pics Terrible job"

"This car wash is very dependable. Every person that works. There works so hard at making sure your car leaves in excellent condition. I absolutely enjoy going here because I leave with my car looking perfect. I am a type a person and a perfectionist so this review should go an extra long way. Everyone there is also extremely friendly and competent. They spend a decent amount of time on your car and there is never a drop of water order left behind."
