"This location is new and I had a great experience. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by Jarrett. I asked him if I needed an appointment. He gladly said "no" and invited me inside. He offered me a seat, told me where the bathrooms were and offered me a bottle of water from the refrigerator. Deal or No deal was playing on the TV. I was content. Jarrett made sure I knew my oil change was going to be a little more expensive because it is synthetic. I told him I knew this and I appreciated his help. I was able to use my coupon I found on the jiffy lube website. The oil change was quickly done by Kyle and Joseph completed my tire rotation. Jarrett recommended a tire rotation and I was glad he did because I have not done that yet for over a year and a half. Jarrett did not try to sell me on anything else like I experience in most places. When the oil change was done the car was driven out to where I was standing and they held the door open for me and told me to Have a great day! My floors were vacuumed out which meant good care for me. I recommend this place so far and I will return."
