"My friend and I went here because it was recommended by a family member. I got a mani pedi. As for the manicure, I left with hang nails, the skin around my nails not taking care of, and had a piece of dirt under my nail that wasn’t there when I walked in. As for the pedicure, he was filing my nails without looking, the nail polish was flooded into my cuticle, and parts of my nails not even painted. All of the tools they used on both mani and pedi… all of them, were used and not cleaned. When he took the file out for my nails, it was on a container with a few other files that were completely covered in white from previous use. Everything felt super rushed. When I tipped, he took it and rudely said thank you without even making eye contact. As other reviews said, I would give it 0 stars if I could."

"Got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. VERY unsanitary and it looks like a a child painted my nails and some parts of my skin. The length and everything were far from the picture I continued to show throughout the appointment. Also called ahead of time and made an appointment for my friend and I and her pedi was over before they started anything with me. Happy Nails employees are also FAR from happy. The older man was very rude and when I asked for help with a color he was rude and told me to just pick something. Prices are great but next time I will definitely spend the extra money to find somewhere with at least sanitary tools. They use the same foot pumice and foot brush and nail files on all people. Just gross and wish I had left."

"Please forgive my eczema in photos! I had a truly disappointing experience with the gel overlay fill service I received. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. I went in for a gel overlay fill on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, with a specific request for a Ballerina nail shape. However, the results were far from what I had asked for. Not only were my nails way longer than I intended when I walked in,so she had enough to work with but I left with different shapes and lengths – a clear indication of the lack of precision during the service. What further added to my frustration was the fact that I returned to the salon on Thursday, August 31, 2023, to address my concerns. I hoped for a resolution, but unfortunately, the woman who had done my nails seemed uninterested in taking responsibility for the poor outcome. Instead, she blamed my nail bed shape and color for the issues and offered no assistance or solutions. I cannot emphasize enough how unsatisfied I am with the results. The experience was nothing short of horrible. I regret not paying heed to negative reviews I've come across, as the few positive ones certainly do not reflect the reality of the service I received. If you're considering this salon, I urge you to think twice and not be deceived by the occasional positive feedback. My experience highlights a lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability for mistakes made. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment that I've had to endure."
