"I’ve been going here since April for French gel fills. I’ve been pleased until today. Last time I was there, I asked Anna, who does my nails why 2 were lifting. I was pleasant & not the least bit angry when I ask the question. She gave an explanation & I was satisfied with her response. Today, I call to make my appointment & was told by Bryan that Anna will no longer do my nails! I was shocked & asked why. Apparently, she took offense to me questioning her. Please note that when I asked the question, I asked quietly so others wouldn’t hear. I was always pleased with how Anna did my nails. However, she claims I said I was unhappy with how she does them. That was NEVER the case. I was extremely insulted by her reaction to my question. I will NEVER step foot in that salon again. Others beware."
