"I had the WORST eyebrow threading experience at your stall on Friday. She did not look up from her phone when I approached and after I asked if I could get my brows done, she spent five minutes scrolling while I waited in the chair. She barely spent one minute on my brows and missed many hairs that I had to do myself later at home. She made my brows uneven and took too much off the bottom and did not taper the ends. I regret giving her any tip and I will NEVER come back again. This is such an unprofessional place. Terrible. I do NOT recommend ever coming here."

"I always go to thread my eyebrows and every time I go a different woman serves me, there is a lady who is excellent, a younger one who is very serious and does it well too, but when there is the one serving at the kiosk it is the worst , the first time I just cleaned it and it didn't outline my eyebrows well and I thought maybe they weren't that bad. The second time I urgently needed to do it and remember that it would go better for me and the third time it was at the store and she was there and I said this time she will do it well because she is more relaxed here and it was the same as the first time, it didn't last even a minute, Her attitude is just as hateful, bitter and she only cleans her eyebrows, not outlines them, she is the worst for this, she is always at the kiosk and you can easily recognize her since she has the darkest skin tone. Be careful with her because she is not professional at all. When the place is closed I wait a while and if it is still closed I go back to my house with my eyebrows just as ugly and I wait 8 more days because I can only go on weekends."
