"I don’t know who is hiring the associates or the managers but there has been a severe dereliction of duty. The apathy and indifference that projected in an environment where one is seeking help, is baffling. Customer service, is the life blood of retail, yet these individuals are either trained poorly, not paid enough, or simply dislike their jobs. An employee was making a personal phone call on the selling floor. An employee was arguing with me tooth and nail, rather than attempting to solve my issue, he exacerbated the problem. Nothing makes me feel better than shopping with security on my back, as if it is a bank!"
