"daughters car needed a water pump, my husband went to pick up the car for her, as the owner advised her not to drive it. Owner was so nasty to my husband, and also told him that the car needed to be towed out if he wasn't fixing it like we planned to leave it there or something lol. The car was drivable , maybe he was just unhappy we weren't going to leave it for him to do the work but you don't speak to people the way he did. Awful customer service."

"I recently was quoted a price of 230.00 for a transmission flush service for a 2014 jeep Cherokee. When I picked up my vehicle it was nearly doubled!!! I wound up paying 430.00!!! I should have been notified of the change in price but I wasn't. I will never use K & N again. I could have had this done 100.00 cheaper elsewhere. Deceptive business practice. Mary Jerkowicz"
