"I had a great experience at Great Clips in Toms River, NJ. The salon was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I checked in online using the Great Clips app, and I was able to skip the wait and get a haircut right away. The stylist who cut my hair did an amazing job. He listened to what I wanted, and gave me some helpful suggestions. He was very skilled and attentive, and he made sure I was happy with the result. I was very pleased with the service and the price at Great Clips in Toms River, NJ. I got a quality haircut for an affordable price, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. "Went in asking for a men’s cut, with all the info printing out in advance (but I did reiterate it) bc I have used Great Clips for almost 3 years and only stopped bc I found an independent stylist. I only choose to go to another Great Clips because my stylist’s clippers broke and I rly needed a cut, so she recommended trying a salon. I stressed at this location that it was a men’s cut and told her exactly what I needed. She didn’t ask any questions, but did try to talk me out of it multiple times She cut it WAY to short and tried to do her own thing. I looked away for a moment and when I looked up, my hair was so short on top, it stuck up. I told her I wanted length up front so I could play with it during the day and it’s so short, it’ll be a miracle if it grows back okay. She even just ASSUMED I use product - which I don’t, I hate the feeling - and charged me for a styling fee bc she had to put product in to “show me” it was fine. AKA I had to pay more because SHE messed it up. I’m pissed. Beyond pissed. There’s no reason my hair should be so uneven and look like I’m trying to mimic a Karen’s haircut. It’ll be a miracle if my stylist can salvage this because I’ll never be returning to Great Clips again after this disaster!"

"I have been going here for almost 3 years. Once Dana cut my hair I never went anywhere else. I am always happy with my cut and my experience when I leave. She is very attentive. She listens to what style and cut you want and gets it done right the first time. Dana is an extraordinary stylist. The shop is always clean, all the staff is so welcoming.
