"I scheduled an appointment early August for September 8 I had a loose cap they could not see me any earlier than appointment day scheduled, advised I see another dentist to fix until appointment. Today 8/ 21 I receive a call stating Dr is not taking new appointments or new patients. Then he may have jury duty that day. Dr Rella does excellent work , however this office manager with or without Dr Rella’s approval is nothing but Poor professionalism. I waited patiently to be told they are sorry!"
