"I went for a facial here. Wait time was zero. The women who did the facial was nice and courteous . For the facial session, I have few feedback. Most people prefer facial strokes to be soft and slow. But your facial was rough , strong strokes with high pressure of hand. Facial tissue is very thin. Strong high pressure strokes damages the tissues. Particularly, around the eyes. I got red marks around the eyes. Black heads were not removed properly. Facial should always end with cold water. You used hot water to wipe the mask, which will again open up the pores. I had thought I would get a nice glow, as the charges are also not cheap. But even after 2-3 days my skin and eyes looked more dull"
