"I had a good experience today with Alba. She wasn’t very talkative; but, I don’t mind that. She shaped my nails beautifully. I’m a waitress and use my hands a lot; so, I will put the nails to the test this week. As for the process in general, it was nice. My nails are pretty and even and it didn’t feel rushed. Just a note: Bring cash for a tip if you go here. There wasn’t a spot to write it in on my receipt at the end. I had to run the card for the tip separately—which I thought was strangest first— but not a big deal or a bad thing. Everyone was polite and friendly. There are a decent amount of nail colors to pick from. Alba even gave a short massage while my nails were drying in the machine. A gel manicure was $35 (before tip) and she also removed the remaining gel manicure from a few weeks ago from another salon Edit: My prior review was from a year ago and I refuse to go anywhere else for my nails now. There isn’t a bad manicurist working there. Joy is amazing and friendly and is who you should ask for if you need your nails done in a pinch. She works quickly and neatly when you’re in a time crunch. She is so nice and makes you feel at home and appreciated. Jennifer takes her time and I love how she shapes my nails. Her fine detail work is the best!! I’ve had at least 6 different girls here work on my nails and they do a great job! Honestly I’ve never had a bad manicure. My hard gel manicures last me almost a month and only chip when I am rough with them. Longest lasting nails ever. They use good products and don’t cheap out on that and it shows. Esther and Alba give great massages too!! Also the pedicures are a great deal here. They don’t rush and they don’t hurt you lol."

"I was there this morning. The pedicure was sub par: she didn’t scrub my heels and maybe rubbed lotion on for a few seconds. Employees weren’t working so they were popping bubble wrap (many for a long time) while one was listening to a show on her phone so everyone could hear. 2 were using a mop for something next to my chair and it was cracking them up as they stood next to me pushing the mop (not cleaning so not sure what for) on and around my shoes and purse. 45 for gel polish, not posted. Rude, rushed, not relaxing, as was hoped, waste of money. Will not go back."

"Love this salon.. so glad I stopped in one day when doing my food shopping next door. Joy is very creative & talented at what she does!! Always great service, the place is very clean, & everyone here is very nice. They can get busy and appts may be a little later than scheduled which is to be expected for a popular business! I'd certainly prefer to wait a few minutes at a packed salon that clearly does very well, than to be in an empty salon which is never a good sign... Get your nails done here!!"
