"I’m sorry to say but I’m disappointed in the treatment and unprofessionalism I received at doctor Drains office, I’ve been a patient for over 10 years , the front staff is horrible…just to give insight I had a dental crown done which 1 year later came loose. Which is to last 5 years. I repeatedly called the office to only be told I have to pay a $50 cancellation fee that a family member caused on top of an $175 fee just to be seen. I’ve worked in the dental field and never treated any patients health as secondary to money.. I was told the cancellation fee was created in January of 2023, I called to schedule an appointment in July of 2023 they refused to schedule me an appointment to at least look at my crown.. I thought very hard about this and decided I am moving on at this point as well as my family. We believe in Health over Money!!!!!"
