"UPDATE: Irena the manager from the salon just called me back to THREATEN ME! She stated if i do not take my review down and i quote "We will leave a 100 bad reviews" for the salon that tried to fix my hair and that I should call them and warn them. Excuse me?!?!?! I dont appreciate being threatened or dragged into other salons feuds, especially one who literally tried to restore my hair. Instead of taking any sort of responsibility for the damage they caused they are now threatening me! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Raphael DESTROYED my hair beyond repair!!! DO NOT COME HERE! I have been coming to him for more than three years for Keratin but this was the first time I saw him at this salon. My hair has been falling out non stop and breaking since the morning after he did my keratin. I called him the morning after and he convinced me it was fine and there was nothing wrong without even seeing me. After another 2-3 weeks of literally not being able to brush my hair without it coming out by the handful I went to go so my color stylist who has known me for many years and confirmed my hair was completely over processed. He refused to even cut my hair because brushing my hair caused so much hair loss and breakage. My colorist put me on vitamins and hair masks for 3 weeks before he could even touch my hair enough to cut it. Mind you he had to cute off more than 6 inches of hair and thats not even cutting off as much as he would need to to remove all the damage! I just couldn't bear cutting off more hair than that. When I called Raphael again today to again inform him of the damage he did to my hair I was told by the office manage "Raphael did nothing wrong" and "you should just take vitamins". THATS YOUR RESPONSE?! Im telling you I have confirmation he ruined my hair and without seeing me or offering to try to fix it thats your response?! No accountability whatsoever! DO NOT COME HERE! They will ruin your hair and not stand behind their work. I am traumatized by what he did and the level of stress I have been going through with my hair praying not to go bald everyday."
