"First time I called this company and last … I wait for a long time Car after this I need to go from Brooklyn to Staten . Driver don’t say to me about pick up other people, He took me to Bayridge 20 minutes, and after he bring first people who was pick up after me I lost 40 minutes my time this is discussed"

"Incompetency seems to deviate from their pores. Booked a trip for a medical appointment several days in advance but could not confirm the trip. I was hung up on and spoke to others who were barely competent. I’ve scheduled times for trips back and they have been several hours tarty. Like those healthy get rid of those Newport cigarettes. This company brings greater disgrace to the name."

"The dispatchers are all unprofessional!! Rude and nasty!! And don't apologize for their mistakes. I called for a cab at 3:55pm they said 10mins 4:30pm I called back and was told they had no pick up to my location. Really?? So I just imagined in myself head they told me 10mins!!! So dispatcher says I will get you another car 15mins goes by no car!waited patiently called again they say we had no call for that location is this a joke? They need to shut down or hire better dispatchers"

"Beyond inconsiderate of one’s time, not to mention unprofessional. I PRE BOOKED a car for 7:40am to make the 8am ferry. Car arrives at 7:18am, I call to inform them that I booked the car for a certain time for a reason. Seeing as that would be the time I am ready. The dispatcher said that he would contact the driver. The driver ends up leaving. I called back three times and was purposely placed on hold when I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner. After waiting in hold 10 minutes each time I decided to just give up. However, now I see why everyone uses Uber. Local cab services are horrible!!!! Not to mention this isn’t the first morning this has happened here I pre booked a car and they arrive super early and decide to leave"

"I book my ride evening before I was leaving to go into Manhattan I was quoted a price and was pleased with that. I ask for a specific time to be picked up and the following happened. When I called the next day to confirm my reservation then given a different price quote the person that previously quoted me did not include tolls. I was also told that a driver was not assigned for my pickup. I was ready earlier so I asked the dispatcher if I could have a car sooner and he said yes it will be there within the next 20 minutes. After waiting 50minutes I called back and they said that it would take another half hour. Now I am completely frustrated. All-in-all I waited approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes for the car to come. When I got into the car I said to the driver this is what they quoted me the second time and he said no it is more than that. I expressed my extreme disappointment to the driver and he said this is what they told me which was a higher price. In the end I must tell you that the driver was a wonderful young man and made my ride into New York City from Staten Island an excellent one even though I was quoted so many different prices I got to my destination safely. I would like to continue to use Newport car service but they have to up their game and be on top I've not only their pricing quotes but also their timing. Sincerely Sarita Schoenfeld"
