"I do not like to write bad reviews, but he sends me a text 1 hour before my appointment and cancels, which is fine everyone has a reason to cancel. But he doesn't call or text me back to re-schedule. I tried to reach out to him by text and phone message and even drove to his location and still nothing. If your running a business, this is not how you treat people."

"I needed to have my driver window re-tinted and I saw the reviews and tried out this shop, BIG MISTAKE. I spoke to Randy who said he could re-tint my driver window for an affordable price. I brought my car to his window tint shop and stayed around, waiting for the job to be finished. He said it would take only 45 minutes, it took over 2 hours. The tint job looked rushed and looked as if an amateur/newly trained person tinted my windows. See description of 1st tint job done by this shop below: 1st tint job done by Dark City Customs NJ- there were many visible white air/soap/contamination bubbles on the window tint that were clearly visible from 2-3 ft away from the car. These were NOT water bubbles or blistering expected during tint curing process, these are contamination white air/soap bubbles. I took my car back and asked for a redo. The shop agreed to re-do my tints and they admitted that the car had been tinted outside of the garage. This was a complete waste of my time. 2nd tint job done by Dark City Customs NJ - there were still many white air/soap/contamination bubbles that I could clearly see from 2-3 ft away. Granted less than the 1st tint job, but still a handful of air bubbles that did NOT go away after window tint curing. Aside from the handful of white air bubbles in the window tint, I have 3 large air bubbles near the edge of the tint and 2 creases in the window tint that are clearly visible- NOT AN ACCEPTABLE JOB. I decided I will not take my car back for another re-do, as this will just be a total waste of time. Thank goodness I did not have my entire car re-tinted by this shop - I can only imagine how much more money I would have lost. I am out the money I paid for this job, but I certainly am not going to go back to waste more of my precious time. I am not sure how they have so many 5 star reviews as this was NOT my experience going there. They did not respect my time and it appeared that they quickly tinted my driver window without clearly cleaning the window thoroughly first. Save your time, pay more and go to a professional tinting place...Lesson learned. Photos are from the 2nd tint Job (the redo tint)."
