"Although excellent service is always had... I was surprised with an unexpected charge while getting a new key... I paid in advance for key $305... asked to make appt for programming after 2/days. I arrived for my appt and was given another bill.... $200 more....! I asked what this was for, I already paid for service and showed receipt. She tells me there's extra fee for the programming... $200???!!! I was NOT told about this - if I was, I'd have paid it with initial purchase ... error in communication- but not a good surprise I expressed my displeasure with this and Mike tried & did make it right by taking 50% off. I was pleased with that - and thanked them. It wasn't so much about an extra charge, as that I wasn't TOLD there world be a further charge upon my return 2/days later! I contacted auto zone while in waiting room and was given a $50 programming quote. Next time I know, order key & go to auto zone or auto parts store & get programmed much cheaper. I buy cars from this location a few times now & brought my neighbor as well. Great service, products but the extra fees are a disservice ... live & learn."

"Although I've had my car serviced here other times, today was with Kaitlyn. Needless to say, excellent customer service once again, explaining repairs, taking the time to provide quotes, and not pressuring customers to buy services they don't plan to. Also, the dealership is clean, had great amenities, including popcorn, hot chocolate and basketball...and some great Christmas decorations. I did not plan to spend three hours at a Subaru dealership, but I had a lot of fun."
