"The service is always good and very prompt. Steve is always very helpful and courteous. My only complaint is being charged additional 3% for using debit or credit. I'm sure this is a Meineke policy and not this specific location, but come on in 2023 not taking an electronic payment for a $1700.00 plus repair bill w/o a service charge. I don't typically walk around with that much cash and who uses a check theses days. ( Repair was New starter motor and new tires and alignment)"
