"I was scolded by the rep that I needed to better take care of my car when I always do that they recommend. On top of that, he was stating that my car needed $5300 worth of repairs on a 10 year old car with 110k miles. That is ridiculous. The reps there are normally very nice but this time around I had a really poor experience."

"This place is good. The associates are quick and helpful. It takes time, and u have to wait. 2 times i went, they said they have to place an order and keep the car. If they need to do that, they have to provide a loaner as not everyone has a second car. Other than that place is clean and they also there were breakfast bagles for visitors which was nice as it was 730am. I dont know if they do that every day thou. But overall, it's good except for the overnight situation."
