"Not the best customer service. I simply call for some tech advice for my 5 series and was transferred 4 times until they canceled my call. I called about warning information being displayed on my service board. Also, I had an appointment scheduled for inspection and maintenance and was continuing to be ignored and over priced because my 5 series is no longer under warranty."

"Typically I've always been wary of dealership shops but I've been going to this location since I got my car over 10 years ago. Even though the staff is new and the location has moved, the service team has been exemplary. John Ladany, the service manager there, has done an amazing job making you feel taken care of. The only downside is there is sometimes a wait but its probably because everyone takes their car to this dealership rather than the other ones near them."
