"Be careful going to this place without having a good knowledge of their services. I always bought lifetime alignment for all my cars from them. We just bought new tires (not from them ) and took the car there to buy lifetime alignment. The representative said they don't sell the service unless if the tires were bought from them or if we applied for a credit card . When I asked if this was all firestone or only theirs, he said it's nationwide. I called Springfield firestone to ask if this is true and they said no they sell it to anyone that's willing to pay. No need to buy tires or open credit card. I have been taking all my cars to them since 2009, after today they won't earn my business."

"Eddie and his crew are the GOAT! They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. They noticed how the last people that "fixed" my brakes screwed me over. I literally had no brakes in the back! If you see the pics, then you know! Ladies, ask to see your old brake pads after you get new ones. The last shop that worked on my car charged me for 4 new brake pads and rotors and only changed the front ones! I'll keep my business at Firestone in Edison where my boy Eddie keeps it real and makes sure your car is safe!"
