"Adam was not the most helpful rep here and in my opinion smelt of alcohol on the breathe . It took over 4.5 hours to complete a routine serve oil change. Which is completely unacceptable. When asking for updates I was advised repeatedly no one could tell me until the paperwork’s comes up , “ sorry” I feel Adam also tried to upsale me on my service . It went from $300 to $1700 In addition , I have brought the car in for a concerning noise that is happening on a daily basis, but became undetected here . I am a huge fan of Ray and the brand he built , But my experience today had been short of the level of service expected."

"The location is very convenient for me but I don’t take my vehicles here any more due to arrogant service representatives. When you hand over the vehicle the guy book you in, act like he brought you, your car and he is doing you a favor by serving your vehicle. On top of that the service advisors are not better. They keep you waiting at least 15 mins before they talks to you. Few times when inquired why is the delay.The answer you get is they are busy. But all we see they are talking to each other. That may be the reason they are busy."

Customer service is top tier and Ray Catena is one of the nicest people. When you make a purchase like that you have to go where the customer service is."
"Fantastic experience! I was in the middle of a road trip to Maine and had misfires and lugging performance in my C63S shortly after getting fuel. Despite them having a booked-up schedule, they were able to get me in promptly to see about getting me back on my way. After a diagnostic, multipoint inspection, draining bad fuel, and filling it up to the top with their good fuel, I was indeed back on my way. My service advisor for the day, Chad, went above and beyond and kept me fully informed throughout the process. From check-in to departure, everyone was great. Comfortable waiting lounge too, which helped in making the wait quite tolerable. 100% Recommend all-around."
