"My son has been a customer for a while. So, I brought in my car with a new wheel bearing the last week of October. While providing the new part, I paid $497 for the wheel bearing and oil change. The problem was not better but now the business closed. Mavis in Metuchen (who had replaced one of the other wheel bearings a few months back) just informed me the one "changed" by B&L was not changed ("rusted to death.. no way a few weeks old"); they've saved the old wheel bearing that I already paid B&L Tire to have changed. Wow, this is a stunning development; either Mavis is lying to me coincident with the problem not being fixed or Mavis is correct and I paid for a non-repair. Not sure what happened in the final week of B&L Tire's operations."

"I've taken my cars to Bob since 2009. As a woman, taking a car to a repair shop can often be a tricky thing, but not with Bob. He is honest, trustworthy, fair in pricing, kind and attentive.
