"Family has been a patron of this business for close to 20 years. Went today, brought my own oil and filter but they wouldn’t credit that on my bill. A little frustrated, and the friendly manager that usually works there was not there. Been there many times before, and they always deduct a few dollars from the bill for bringing my own oil and filter. 55 for just labor and disposal to change the oil seems expensive, but I guess everything is expensive these days. At least I’m sure they did a good job."

"I feel like I see the same guy there all the time.at the oil change part. So I wonder if he's a manager or something. He is such a nice guy and totally not pushy about services. He switches seamlessly between Spanish in English, his team works awesomely together. I have seen him coach his employees to do something and this guy is patient with them, So i guess I like the people skills too. :-)"
