"Never go here. Brought my car in for an oil change and they broke the hood latch, tried to tell me it was broken already, which it definitely wasnt. Then they said they would order the part and fix it, never ordered it, never called me back, never returned my calls. Horrible business. Reply to 3/13 response from owner: 1. The technician did not inform me the hood latch was broken "the minute my car was brought into the garage". This is false. In fact, my car was in the garage for at least 15 minutes before you brought that to my attention, while I sat in the office with Isabel. I watched as nothing was being done to my car for 15 minutes, which means your technician broke it, and spent 15 minutes trying to fix it, and then you told me it was broken. 2. There is nothing "suspicious" about a customer bringing their car in for an oil change, if like you say you "always value your reputation". Not only that, I initially asked up front if you are capable of working on BMW's and you assured me yes you can. 3. While I do think the right thing for you to do is replace the part free of charge, I was not expecting it for free, another false statement from you. Yet I tried following up with your garage several times and no one answers the phone, and then finally over 3 weeks later you told me you couldn't get the part and I was on my own."
